Taylor graduated with her Masters of Physical Therapy from the U of S in 2025 following a placement at The Village YXE.
Her approach to physiotherapy is client-centered and evidence-based, with a strong focus on individualized care that supports meaningful, long-term outcomes. She works with individuals across the lifespan supporting a wide range of concerns, including:
- Muscle, joint, and nerve conditions
- Acute and chronic injuries
- Persistent pain
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Assisting with return to daily activities, work, or sport
She has a thoughtful, adaptable approach, tailoring care to each person’s goals and abilities.
Her treatment approach integrates therapeutic exercise, exercise prescription and programming, manual therapy, and patient education with a strong emphasis on helping clients understand their condition so that they can build the skills and confidence needed to function well in everyday life.

During this time, I will complete a range of literacy assessments with your child. You may choose to stay in the room or wait outside. These assessments include letter names / sounds, rhyming, oral reading, spelling, and additional aspects of reading depending on your child’s age and abilities. Following these assessments, we will sit down together and go through your intake form, discussing your child’s learning history. We will use the data collected from the assessments to determine our goals moving forward. We will also discuss a suggested length and amount of sessions to meet these goals.
**CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY** to schedule a subsequent therapy session. During this time, I will work with your child to complete activities addressing the Five Pillars of Reading - Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary and Comprehension. Using the initial assessment results, I will determine strategies to target these areas while also integrating self-regulation activities such as body breaks and other movement-based tasks. Your child will have individualized instruction to keep them engaged in fun and challenging games and activities. As we work through our time together, I will regularly reassess your child’s progress and communicate next steps for the learning.
