This is a 90 min deep tissue massage. Includes Kinesiology assessments and cupping.

90 min deep tissue/therapeutic massage

This is a 120min deep tissue massage, includes Deep Tissue Hot Stone, IASTM, cupping and Fascial Stretching (assisted stretching with traction)

30 min MFR treatment. MFR works specifically on the top layer of fascia and is performed with little to no oil.

We pin the muscle while moving and stretching out the muscle, fascia, and nerve. By doing this it is going to reset the fascia and the nerve by focusing on the Central Nervous System’s role in decreasing muscle tension and restrictions.

This is a 60 min RAPID treatment. If your body does not need 60 minutes of RAPID NFR, Sam will combine this treatment with a different modality like massage, stretching or IASTM.
