Natalie grew up in London, England and spent 11 years in Kelowna, where her lifelong passion for health and fitness flourished. From working as a fitness Instructor to playing various sports, rugby has always been her passion.
Her academic interests and desire to help others led to her to becoming a registered massage therapist.
Natalie has completed training in Comprehensive Breast and Chest Surgery, providing support to individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment or elective chest surgeries. Additionally, she is certified in Hot stone massage which she incorporates into her treatments.

Includes external facial techniques and intra-oral (buccal) manual therapy to address jaw tension, TMJ-related discomfort, headaches, and myofascial restrictions. Gentle lymphatic techniques may be incorporated as indicated. This includes the use of hot and cold hydrotherapy tools as well as subtle full body stretches to encourage tissue relaxation and support overall parasympathetic response. Informed consent is obtained prior to intra-oral treatment and can be removed at any time during treatment. Fascial Stretch and Massage is a pain-free, mostly supine, therapist-assisted method of stretching the whole body using traction and gentle oscillating movements to decompress joints and lengthen fascial tissues, improving mobility and flexibility with added soft tissue work. This Stretch treatment is done fully clothed on the table, the patient is asked to please wear something comfortable that will allow your body to move freely (exercise/yoga wear) and bring clean socks.
