Nathan is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience, providing evidence-informed, patient-centred care since graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2014.
His approach is simple: help you feel better, move better, and understand your body. Treatments are tailored to your goals and comfort level, blending hands-on therapy with a modern pain science perspective. Whether you prefer gentle work or deeper pressure, sessions are adapted to support both your nervous system and physical recovery.
Nathan has a special interest in working with people who give a lot of themselves—parents, caregivers, healthcare workers, teachers, and busy professionals. He understands the physical and mental load that comes with these roles and aims to create a space where you can reset, recover, and feel supported.

In this 45 minute appointment, Yana will preform an assessment of your body and its unique weaknesses, treat specific to your body's needs, and help by being hands on to guide you to perform your rehabilitation exercises appropriately . Yana's 10 years of experience as an RMT will help provide you with an more enhanced rehab experience, As an RMT Yana finds some of her patients are looking for extra guidance on what they can do for themselves outside of the treatment room, These visits will be focused on showing you how to increase you Massage Therapy results by helping gain understanding of the weak or dysfunction muscles and movement patterns. This could be the next step in reducing your pain, by helping to train your body to function differently.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include passive, active-assisted, massage and movement-based techniques to address restrictions and overall movement quality.

This visit is focusing on the Craniosacral system in your body. There is no typical massage strokes used, but certain hand holds for your head, spine and sacrum where we can feel and manipulate the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid that is inside this amazing system.

This visit is specifically for myofascial release. This typically is done without oil or fluid massage strokes, but is meant to separate the tissue layers with stronger pressure and static holding of positions.

*Not accepting ICBC patients* This treatment is designed for patients experiencing jaw pain, facial tension, headaches and symptoms related to Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ/TMD). TMJ disorders are often multifactorial and may involve the jaw joints, surrounding muscles, posture, stress-related tension, clenching/grinding habits and cervical dysfunction. Treatment focuses on the muscles and movement patterns associated with the jaw, face, head and neck. Sessions may include: • hands-on massage therapy • myofascial techniques • jaw and cervical mobility work • postural assessment and education • movement and rehab exercises • homecare recommendations Intra-oral massage therapy may also be included when appropriate. This technique involves working with gloved hands inside the mouth to access muscles involved in chewing and jaw stabilization that cannot be effectively treated externally. TMJ treatment is provided conservatively within the scope of Registered Massage Therapy and may be beneficial as part of a collaborative care approach alongside dental and medical providers. Please note: Patients with acute dental infections, recent oral surgery or certain dental conditions may require medical or dental clearance prior to treatment. Some TMJ conditions may require assessment or co-management by a dentist, physician or TMJ specialist.

This specific treatment will focus on treating your visceral motility, adhesions and position. Visceral work is very specific and can help with refereed pain in the body and help with increased function of that specific organ resulting in potential pain decrease, more energy and detoxification.
