Niloo is a registered physiotherapist and certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, movement retraining, and return-to-sport planning. Originally trained in Iran, where she completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Physiotherapy, she brings a strong foundation in movement science and a whole-body approach to care.
She has completed full STOTT PILATES® certification—one of the leading contemporary Pilates education systems—and continues her advanced orthopaedic training through the Orthopaedic Division as part of her pursuit of the FCAMPT designation (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy), a recognized advanced credential in North America.
Her approach centers on detailed movement assessment. Looking at how the body functions as a chain, she identifies missing links in strength, endurance, and tissue behaviour (including ligamentous stiffness or laxity) that may be contributing to inefficient movement patterns and persistent pain. From there, she helps clients build more sustainable movement habits that reduce discomfort and support long-term change.
Niloo combines hands-on approch with Pilates-based rehabilitation to improve alignment, control, and functional movement. She supports a wide range of clients—from those navigating long-standing pain to individuals recovering from injury and working toward a safe, confident return to sport.
Outside the clinic, Niloo enjoys rock climbing, dancing, Pilates, and acroyoga—practices that continue to shape her understanding of movement, and creativity beyond the clinical setting
