SaveHi! My name is Paige and I am a registered social worker with a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in international relations. I have worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient hospital units and community mental health. I have specific expertise in acute crisis counselling with youth and young adults as well as perinatal mental health.
My approach to counselling is dynamic and personalized to each individual. I have specialized training in EMDR, ACT, DBT and SPACE and draw from a variety of other modalities such as CBT and EFT. Most importantly, I come from a place of compassion and connection to explore and work through what is causing you distress.

In this workshop, we’ll explore various ways the body responds to stress, as well as the practice of “Vagal Toning”. You'll walk away with simple tools to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and build stronger connections with the people around you.
