Pamela is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist who brings both expertise and heart to her work. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, she also holds certifications as a Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist and BoneFit (Osteoporosis Canada) certified. Prior to becoming an RMT, Pam was a personal trainer, a background she continues to draw on to help clients understand functional patterns, strengthen safely, and move with ease.
Known for her love of anatomy and biomechanics, Pam empowers her clients by explaining the “why” behind each treatment while tailoring sessions to meet individual needs. She uses a broad range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization, cupping, and hot stone therapy. Her treatments are client-focused, blending healing touch with practical guidance to support both short- and long-term wellness.
Pam enjoys working with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and has experience treating a wide variety of concerns including postural, muscular, and injury-related issues. Her calm, open, and inviting approach creates a safe space for healing, relaxation, and education.
Outside the clinic, Pam is a mother of three and finds joy in exercise, reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with family and friends.

While not a deep tissue massage, Swedish massage techniques, gentle joint mobilizations, facial work, cranial work and manual lymphatic drainage techniques are often incorporated into the treatment.
