Paul earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016. After 7 years of practice on the west coast of Florida, he relocated to the Niagara region last year to continue his career helping people to do what they love.
Some of Paul’s areas of expertise include balance and vestibular disorders, BPPV, and TMJ dysfunction. He also has experience dealing with pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. He is a certified Complete Concussion Management Practitioner, and he recently received his Level 2 certification in the Bonefit™ program from Osteoporosis Canada.
Paul currently lives in the farm country south of Beamsville with his wife, their 6 cats, and small flock of chickens. While his current hobbies include running, biking, and playing video games, in his youth he was a competitive swimmer and once raced against (and was beaten by) Michael Phelps.

Your pelvic physiotherapist will review your symptoms, contributing factors, and goals, followed by an individualized assessment that may include posture, breathing, core activation, pelvic floor muscle function, and musculoskeletal screening. After the assessment, your therapist will discuss the findings, provide a working diagnosis, and outline a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may also be provided on the same day, based on your needs and comfort.
This appointment is for patients who have completed an initial pelvic physiotherapy assessment within the past year and require follow-up treatment. Follow-up visits focus on reviewing your progress, reassessing your symptoms, and continuing with your individualized treatment plan.
Please book this appointment if you have already completed a pessary fitting assessment at NHRC. During this visit, we can remove your pessary, clean it, perform a pelvic health check, and reinsert the pessary, as appropriate. Your pelvic physiotherapist will reassess pelvic floor muscle function, evaluate the current pessary fit, and address any concerns such as discomfort, slipping, or difficulty with insertion or removal.
A pessary fitting visit includes a thorough pelvic health history and physical examination, during which your pelvic physiotherapist will assess pelvic floor function, support needs, and suitability for pessary use. Based on these findings, the appropriate pessary type and size will be recommended. Following the fitting, the clinic can order the recommended pessary for you and notify you when it is ready for follow-up fitting.
