Rachel is a graduate of Vancouver Career College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2020. She strongly believes massage therapy can enhance mind body balance, promotes inner peace and facilitates healing power within the human body.
Rachel has special interest in women’s health and pediatric care. Rachel has taken many continue education courses including post cesarean section treatment and has worked at multiple clinic outreaches such as BC Women's hospital for high risk pregnancy massage.
Rachel has treated various conditions but not limited to headaches, TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, acute or chronic pain syndrome, sleep disorders, motor vehicle and sports related injuries etc. Her treatment modalities include but are not limited to craniosacral therapy techniques, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish massage.
During her spare time, Rachel loves to explore nature with her family and friends. You may often find her in many family events and activities in the lower mainland.

This specialized massage helps reduce engorgement, clogged ducts, tenderness, and swelling while encouraging healthy circulation of the breast and lymphatic system. Using light, nurturing pressure and safe, effective techniques, lactation massage can support milk supply, ease discomfort during breastfeeding or pumping, and help the body recover during the postpartum period. Sessions are always performed with comfort, privacy, and care in mind, and can be tailored for early postpartum, ongoing breastfeeding, or weaning support.
