Bex has over 20 years of experience working as a physiotherapist both in the UK and Canada. She works with musculoskeletal and sports injuries for patients of all ages. Bex also specializes as a pediatric physiotherapist in adolescent and child growth-related issues and developmental conditions. Bex has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, acute care, child development centres, clinics, schools, and community settings in both Canada and the UK.
Bex is passionate about treating clients holistically. She believes in treating patients as an individual, taking their interests and lifestyle into consideration. Bex values a multidisciplinary, client-centred approach, with collaboration between the patient and their healthcare team to ensure successful recovery. She focuses her practice on supporting the patient’s goals and improving function and participation.

Initial consultations and some follow-up treatments are covered by Alberta Health Services (AHS). Some injections therapies are unfortunately not covered by AHS, and are therefore private pay. It is preferable, but not necessary, to have your regular healthcare provider send a referral letter if you wish to have a consultation with our Sports Medicine Doctors. **Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time or no shows will have a $100 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.**

Several of our Physiotherapists are trained in Vestibular and Dizziness Rehabilitation. This treatment may include positional maneuvers such as the Epleys maneuver, balance and visual exercises, cervical spine manual therapy, acupuncture etc. This treatment is very successful, and can relieve vertigo and/or dizziness in 1-2 sessions. Post concussion rehab is a multi-faceted approach, where our Therapists will work with you and your team (ex. Doctor, Coach, Massage Therapist, etc.) to optimize your recovery. Treatment will consist of a detailed assessment, specific return to sport/work plan, Physiotherapy techniques, a supervised exercise program, balance and visual exercises etc.
