Hi, I'm Roma! I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2021 and have been practicing clinically in Canada since 2024.
I'm deeply motivated by helping individuals better understand their bodies and regain confidence in movement. I take a patient-centered and compassionate approach, combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programming to support long-term pelvic and overall physical health.

In this extended session, your physiotherapist will go over specific exercises for labour and birth to prepare your body for the big day, whether you are planning a C-section or a vaginal delivery! We encourage your support person to attend as well (spouse, partner, whomever is going to be there with you on the big day!) This appointment is booked at 34 weeks GA, following the completion of an initial assessment and is one part of our plan of care for pregnant clients.
