Ryan has nearly 10 years of educational knowledge (UBC Kinesiology and WCCMT) related to health and exercise, and is in his 8th year of practice as an RMT. He has suffered many sport and exercise related injuries, and understands the challenges of rehabilitation. Now having addressed most of his chronic pain through sustainable, consistent exercise and health-seeking habits, he takes a proactive approach to health and injury mitigation. His practice incorporates a style that involves in-depth biomechanical analysis and coaching, and an approach that focuses on creating an interesting, safe, and pleasant sensory experience. Expect to spend some time on your feet if you have a treatment with Ryan! **Techniques**: Trigger point/point pressure therapy, ligamentous articular strain technique (LAST), Swedish Massage, Dynamic and Sport-Specific Movement Assessment.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based, therapist-assisted stretching system that focuses on the body’s connective tissue rather than just the muscles. Unlike typical stretching that isolates one muscle, FST works on entire chains of fascia that often become tight from stress, training, injury or posture. The therapist uses gentle traction, movement and stretching to create space in joints and free restrictions in the fascia. Designed to be pain-free , working with the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic patterns.
