Sarah is passionate about helping people move better and return to the activities they love. Her treatment style begins with understanding each client’s unique goals and working collaboratively to create individualized rehabilitation programs that support long-term success. She values client-centred care and believes that education, empowerment, and active participation are key to meaningful and lasting recovery. Her approach combines hands-on treatment, symptom management strategies, and customized therapeutic exercise to support both recovery and performance.
Raised in Canmore, Sarah grew up immersed in an active mountain lifestyle. Her background includes cross-country ski racing and coaching children’s sports teams, experiences that shaped her appreciation for movement, resilience, and community. Today, she continues to enjoy the outdoors as a weekend warrior in the mountains and brings this understanding of active living into her clinical practice.
Sarah works with clients of all ages, abilities, and activity levels, and genuinely enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships. She was drawn to physiotherapy after witnessing its powerful impact on her own life and the lives of those around her. Growing up in a mountain town, she saw firsthand how physiotherapy supports not only physical recovery from injury, but also confidence, independence, and a return to full participation in life.

When she has tired herself out from all of her beloved activities, Sarah can be found playing with her dogs, reading good books, baking sourdough bread, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
