In this appointment you will have your annual physical assessment including a physical exam, vitals, vision, hearing, heart, lungs, skin, liver, spleen, abdomen and weight checked. A urine sample will be taken to check kidney function, pH levels and additional items as well. Any parts you wish to omit is permitted. Assessments to better understand how to balance your physical and mental status may also be suggested and completed. Lab testing is an essential part of many naturopathic treatment protocols.
