A graduate from the Humber College Massage Therapy program, Sonny is successfully trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, pre/post-natal massage, and deep tissue massage. Sonny has a strong passion in helping her clients achieve their personal health goals through clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning.
