A graduate from the Humber College Massage Therapy program, Sonny is successfully trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, pre/post-natal massage, and deep tissue massage. Sonny has a strong passion in helping her clients achieve their personal health goals through clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning. With fresh knowledge from her training and studies, Sonny has experience working with clients with neurological conditions, chronic illnesses, sports injuries, as well as everyday impairments, pain, and tension.
