Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Sydney moved to the Okanagan to pursue a degree in Human
Kinetics at the University of British Columbia. She quickly embraced the lifestyle and community
here and has called Kelowna home ever since. With a strong background in kinesiology, she is
passionate about the importance of movement and the impact it has on well-being. In addition to
her role as a Kinesiologist, Sydney supports the clinic as part of the administrative team. She is
dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Sydney at the lake, in a spin class, or spending time with her
friends and family.

Note: This class is suitable for those who are expecting or postpartum. This program supports strength, mobility, and overall well-being during the prenatal and postpartum periods in a safe, small-group setting. It’s ideal for patients looking for gentle, guided movement to help them prepare or heal from pregnancy, birth, and get them moving with confidence in their motherhood journey. It will also provide them with a "mini-education" session each time and a home exercise program to take with them on their journey. It is a “babies welcome” environment, but not your typical “mommy and me” class.
