This treatment is over the clothes, in shorts or stretchy pants and requires an active participant. Be prepared to move around and get stretched out. All treatments come with supplemental movements to speed up recovery and improve performance.
-Massage with Osteopathy Techniques; combing registered massage techniques with what he has learned so far in osteopathy college, this treatment is performed over the clothes on a treatment table with active participation from the patient.
