Tina Gayle Wagner - RMT, Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor
Tina Wagner blends therapeutic massage with intentional movement to help people feel stronger, more comfortable, and more connected in their bodies. A graduate with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and a member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS), she brings both clinical skill and a calming, steady presence to her work.
Known for her intuitive, patient-centered approach, Tina tailors each massage session to meet the moment—whether it’s easing deep-seated tension, supporting recovery, or simply helping the body exhale. Her practice draws from Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, proprioceptive techniques, and therapeutic exercise, with a growing interest in manual lymphatic drainage. She also works to unwind postural patterns that impact long-term alignment and ease of movement.
Alongside her massage work, Tina teaches Pilates and movement classes here at Cornerstone. Her classes reflect the same attentive care—meeting people where they are, building strength from the inside out, and creating space for breath, presence, and possibility.
Originally from Nova Scotia’s South Shore, Tina brings a grounded energy and soulful clarity to everything she does. Her work is guided by the belief that the body holds wisdom, and when supported with intention, it can carry us through life with grace, resilience, and vitality.
