**What is Energy Healing? (Quick Guide)**
**Energy Healing** is a holistic, complementary practice based on the scientific fact that everything, including our bodies, is made of vibrating energy. When this vital life force is blocked by **_unprocessed trauma, grief, or stress-**, it affects the body, causing emotional and physical issues.

Ashley channels Reiki energy to soothe the nervous system, release energetic imbalances, and support your animal on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
