At your follow-up appointment you can expect a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise progression and possible introduction to our gym. All of your sessions will be One on One with your Physiotherapist in private treatment rooms. Please Note: returning clients should schedule an Initial Assessment Appointment if it has been at least 3 months since your last appointment, or if you’re experiencing a new issue/injury that your practitioner wasn't treating before.

Virtual Physiotherapy is a method of delivering rehabilitation services without having to be in-person with your Physiotherapist. The first meeting with your physiotherapist begins with a thorough evaluation to identify the source of your problem. Your physiotherapist will provide explanations that make sense to you and will answer all of your questions. You will receive one to one treatment and home exercises.

This class is designed to ensure individuals with all abilities and pain levels have a safe place for guided mobility. No matter our health status, maintaining and improving mobility is essential for managing pain, long-lasting health, and easing daily living. We are excited to initiate this new seated mobility class with our Physiotherapist, Judith Abbott. Pre Class Requirement: 1 pre-appointment individually with Judith Abbott, our instructor, must be done before your first group class, to assess your needs and ensure the program is tailored to what you require.

A comprehensive medical assessment for veterans experiencing chronic pain or complex health conditions. This appointment includes a detailed review of medical history, current symptoms, medications, sleep, mental health, and functional limitations. The goal is to identify contributing factors, clarify diagnosis, and guide next steps in care. This assessment is often used to support coordinated interdisciplinary care within the clinic and may also assist with documentation for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) treatment planning and approvals. Best suited for: Veterans with persistent or complex pain Individuals requiring medical review before starting or progressing care Cases involving medications, sleep concerns, or mental health factors Veterans needing medical documentation for VAC Outcome of visit: Medical assessment and clinical recommendations Guidance on appropriate next steps (e.g., physio, psychology, sleep medicine) Coordination with the One to One Wellness team as needed
