At your follow-up appointment you can expect a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise progression and possible introduction to our gym. If you or your physiotherapist feel more time is needed in a follow-up appointment we have a 45 minute and 1 hour appointments available.
All of your sessions will be One on One with your Physiotherapist in private treatment rooms.
Please Note: returning clients should schedule an Initial Assessment Appointment if it has been at least 3 months since your last appointment, or if you’re experiencing a new issue/injury that your practitioner wasn't treating before.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
