Your first visit is 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive intake. Your acupuncturist will then come up with a treatment plan unique to your health concerns and goals, and an acupuncture treatment will be given.

60 Minute Appointment that Includes an Initial Naturopathic Consultation along with an acupuncture session. (Note that Acupuncture with an ND is billable to your ND benefits and not your Acupuncture benefits.)

Subsequent visits are 50 minutes. This will include a quick assessment to address your progress and any other health concerns, followed by time on the treatment table to help you to relax, unwind, and heal. Please note that this session does not include manual therapies such as cupping or massage, but if you are curious about those treatments, please feel free to ask your practitioner!

Achieve your health goals through application of acupuncture massage, cupping therapy and gua-sha. After a brief check-in, your Registered Acupuncturist will apply cupping therapy to areas of tension to promote circulation, release muscular tightness, and support deep relaxation. This treatment does not include needles, but offers many therapeutic benefits and is eligible for coverage under extended health plans with Registered Acupuncture benefits. A great option for busy schedules, maintenance care, or a quick reset between longer appointments.

Your first visit is 70 minutes and includes a comprehensive and in-depth intake. After assessment and treatment plan, acupuncturist uses a combination of traditional acupuncture, trigger points and motor points to treat sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Other modalities which may be used included cupping, gua sha and electro stimulation.
