Tendinopathy Assessment & Treatment Planning
This initial appointment is designed for individuals with persistent or recurring tendon pain such as Achilles, elbow, patellar, or other tendinopathies.
The session includes a comprehensive assessment of your tendon symptoms, activity demands, and load tolerance, followed by hands-on massage therapy and education. An individualized treatment and loading plan will be developed to guide tendon rehabilitation over the coming weeks.
Shockwave therapy may be included when clinically appropriate. This appointment is billed as Registered Massage Therapy and may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your plan.
