The RMT Reflexology Ritual begins with a warm foot soak infused with Epsom salts and your choice of essential oil to help soften tissues and calm the nervous system. While you unwind, your therapist will gently massage the head, neck, and shoulders to ease tension and transition you into a restorative state.
Following the soak, you’ll move to the treatment table where focused reflexology techniques are applied from the knees down. Warm towels are incorporated throughout to encourage circulation, reduce muscular tension, and deepen relaxation.
