Your first vestibular physiotherapy assessment includes a thorough discussion to better understand your symptoms and identify your individual concerns and treatment goals. Depending on your therapy goals, treatment can include education, canal repositioning maneuvers and rehabilitative (habituation) exercise to name a few. Please note, you will likely feel dizzy during/after the initial assessment and this is typical and ideally does not last more than the same day. *Please book with Yara.
