This session is for people who have determined with Amy that either this amount of time is required for lymphedema therapy which will include (though not necessarily limited to) manual lymph drainage and may include bandaging following the manual treatment.
Our body does its best job pumping our circulation and processing waste in the body tissues when all tissues move freely and there aren't disruptive annoyances.
This session includes hands on work with all tissues from the tip of the cranium to the toe including bone quality, joints, muscles, fascia, organs and soft matter (fluids) and sensory annoyances in them which affect circulation, lymphedema, muscle function and sometimes cause pain. Techniques include Joint work, Visceral (organ) and Neural manipulation, Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflex technique, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release & Fascial Stretch Therapy among others.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
