Kin 45 - Active Rehab
Kinesiology session utilizing exercise therapy for addressing injuries or health conditions. You can expect to learn, practice, and create an exercise program to address your primary concern or focus. Additional rehab techniques may be used: including focused soft tissue release (massage) and PNF stretching (active therapist assisted) in combination with corrective exercises to address muscle tension and dysfunction. These sessions are compatible with the Active Rehab Package.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
