Perfect for those struggling with tired, aching legs and feet. This treatment focuses only on the legs & feet for the full duration.
Your treatment will begin with me setting up a warm, aromatic Epsom salt foot soak for you to enjoy so that you can slow down and be present, all while enjoying a cup of tea. During this time, I will step out of the room so that you can have some quiet privacy to breathe & collect your thoughts.
I will then intuitively work on the front and back of your legs, and your feet, using Swedish massage techniques, maintaining light to moderate pressure to keep your nervous system calm. I will then end the treatment with reflexology work to help support your wellbeing, and reiki energy healing to leave you feeling fully grounded & restored.
