What it is

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.

Usually booked for

  • A first massage and assessment
  • Ongoing tension that keeps returning
  • Wanting hands-on work with a plan
