During the session, we will talk about the concerns or goals that brought you to counselling. This may include things such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, personal growth, or exploring meaning and direction in life. The approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and experiences. Phone counselling can be helpful if you prefer not to use video, have limited internet access, or simply feel more comfortable speaking over the phone. At your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a phone call for a confidential conversation in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Please ensure you are in a quiet and private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
