This appointment is for someone who has had a c-section and is looking for support in healing after your cesarean.
This 30 minute appointment is for the scar/abdomen. If you would like an appointment with more time allotted for treating other areas in addition to your abdomen & c-section scar please choose the 45 or 60 minute option.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
