External and intraoral techniques may be used to address jaw-related muscle tension. Intraoral treatment is not required for effective TMDJ treatment but may be incorporated for more advanced care. All intraoral work is optional and performed using medical-grade gloves. Each session includes a relevant assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized home care and remedial exercise recommendations.
