A stable internet connection, a private and uninterrupted space, and the ability for both partners to hear and speak clearly are required for virtual couples sessions.
To ensure clear communication and confidentiality, a noise‑cancelling headset with a built‑in microphone may be required for one or both partners.
Both partners must join from the same location unless previously discussed.
