This appointment provides space for emotional processing, skill development, and ongoing therapeutic support from the comfort of your home. Sessions may include trauma‑informed counselling, nervous system regulation strategies, hypnotherapy techniques, and collaborative goal‑focused work.
A stable internet connection, a private and uninterrupted space, and the ability to hear and speak clearly are required for virtual sessions. A noise‑cancelling headset with a built‑in microphone may be required to ensure clear audio and maintain confidentiality.
