Nutrition Assessment
During your initial assessment, Lisa will review your medical history, your usual eating habits, any medications you’re currently taking, as well as any dietary restrictions you’re following. Together you’ll discuss your goals for your diet and lifestyle and create a plan that balances both your overall wellness and your enjoyment of food. The idea is to create a plan that is realistic and matches your personal preferences and lifestyle. An initial assessment typically lasts 1 hour.
