Required for all new clients. During the initial intake therapy session, our Nurse Psychotherapist will gather information about your personal history, discuss current concerns and challenges, and together you will map out your goals for therapy. This session serves as a foundation for your work together, laying the groundwork for a fulfilling and productive journey towards improved coping, resilience, and overall better health and well-being.
