Artistic Athlete Standard Follow Up Appointments can be booked after completion of your Initial Appointment Session.
Specific treatment for Dancers, Acrobats, Cheerleaders, and/or Performing Artists will be provided for up to 25 minutes of time.
Should you want more one on one time with the Physiotherapist or have more than one body area requiring treatment, the Extended Follow Up Appointment is recommended.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
