This is a 75 min class hosted by Sound Healer and Yoga Instructor Nikki Gauci, and Natalie Diez d’Aux. The class will start with some gentle yin restorative yoga, followed by acupuncture (using a few key points tuned into the needs of the season, this is optional), and an immersive sound bath experience

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
