*This appointment is for patients who are 65 years of age or older. All Physiotherapy services are offered to Senior's at a different rate*
An Initial Assessment is for new patients, returning patients with new injuries, or patients returning after longer than 3 months.
The Assessment includes a detailed history of the condition or pain followed by the objective physical examination, and a treatment plan by your physiotherapist.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
