Designed for those feeling stiff, restricted, or “stuck” in chronic tightness, sessions focus on addressing compensatory movement patterns that can develop from stress, old injuries, or recurring pain.
Using a combination of hands-on treatment, guided movement, and PNF stretching, we help improve flexibility, restore ease of movement, and support your body in feeling more comfortable in new ranges of motion.
Ideal for clients looking to improve mobility, recovery, and overall movement quality. Please note: This is a therapeutic, treatment-focused session and not a relaxation massage.
