30 min of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
MLD is a light massage designed to stretch the skin in a rhythmic sequence in order to increase lymphatic flow. This shorter appointment is suitable for a subsequent visits. Unless otherwise recommended, please book a minimum of 45minutes for first time MLD appointments.
