Compression consultation
This is an initial appointment for garment fitting. In this session your therapist will give a treatment in order to (re)acquaint themselves to your specific tissue issues. During the massage they will discuss with you what you have already tried, what has worked and hasn't in the past. After the massage they will present options as to what they will recommend and will book the actual measurement appointment.
Please be aware that Flow does not generally stock ready-made garments. All garments will be ordered after the measurements appointment. You will be contacted when garments arrive. If you wish a retail type experience for your compression please give us a call and we can give refer you to a medical supply store in your general area.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
