If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice, a 50% service fee will apply for the first occurrence. Any subsequent missed appointments without notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.
To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the missed time and/or full prepayment for future bookings.
Our Nurse Practitioners provide publicly funded primary care through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health. They use a separate scheduling system to meet Ministry reporting requirements.
