In this session you can expect assessment and discussion of your health history, hands on treatment as well as remedial exercise prescription. Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
