If you have received your approved sessions email from the admin at Help in MB, please go ahead a book in for a session with your counsellor.
*IF YOU BOOK IN WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL $200 SESSION FEE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT**
Know we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. NIHB and IRS-RHSP do not allow billing for no-shows or last-minute cancellations; in these cases, you would need to cover the fees ($100 for a cancellation with in 24 hours and $200 for a no-show). We find this policy helps folks honour our counsellor's time and sets everyone up for success.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
