Requiring Approval for NIHB or IRS Counselling Sessions - Virtual

Initial NIHB Session. If you want us to apply to NIHB or IRS-RHSP on your behalf, please reach out admin at admin@helpinMB.com. We will send in the application for approval and they typically take about 1-5 days to get back to us. *IF YOU BOOK IN WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL $200 SESSION FEE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT** Know we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. NIHB and IRS-RHSP do not allow billing for no-shows or last-minute cancellations; in these cases, you would need to cover the fees ($100 for a cancellation with in 24 hours and $200 for a no-show). We find this policy helps folks honour our counsellor's time and sets everyone up for success.
