Please note that after 5:30 on week days and on Saturdays all day you can park right outside our doors in the parking lot more directly in front of our access doors.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
