This first appointment focuses on understanding your health history, current concerns, and movement patterns. We will begin with a brief discussion about your symptoms, lifestyle, and any past injuries, followed by a physical assessment that may include posture observation, movement testing, and evaluation of muscle and joint function.
Based on the findings, we will discuss a personalized treatment plan, and time permitting, the session may include hands-on manual therapy to begin addressing the areas of concern.
