What Happens During the Initial Assessment?

Physical Examination/ Range of Motion Assessment
- A hands-on physical assessment will follow, including joint mobility tests, muscle strength evaluations, and palpation to assess areas of tenderness or tightness. This helps pinpoint the source of discomfort or dysfunction.
Functional Testing Depending on your specific needs, we may perform functional tests to assess how well your body moves during common activities or sports-specific movements. This can include tests for flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.
